Just what I wanted, price good, looks good, delighted, wanted to put in front of my Gas Heater because of my dog she used to sit too near and got red hot,now shes warm but not in danger. Thank You.

It is really good value for what was paid. It does its job, is small and doesn't come apart. Looks good like it belongs in front of the fireplace.

I bought this as we had recently opened up our fireplace and were worried about logs spitting sparks onto the carpet. It was very reasonably priced and I did have some reservations that it would not be that good given that you can pay hundreds for similar items. However, it arrived pre assembled and when stood infront of the fire, almost became invisible as we have a black fire surround. Its the right width and height for the job and I assume it would be for 95% of all domestic open fires. Since we got it, I have had to twist the knobs above the hinges a half turn to tighten them but it takes seconds and is not a reason not to buy. All in all, I am very satisfied with this fire guard and would recommend it to others looking for a no nonsense fireguard.

Can it be fixed to the fire place

Sturdy and pretty looking fire guard, stops any spits coming from the fire and doesn't get too hot! Well made, very pleased with my purchase.

Perfect fit. Not too intrusive. Just what i wanted to keep my dog away from the fire. Folds up out the way when not needed

Had this 1 year now and it's still in working order. It does Bend easily so not super strong. Not too big or over powering but does the job

Aunque pensaba que con su peso iba a ser inseguro cumple bien su función y evito que esas chispas que a veces saltan no ocasionen un accidente. Hay que tener en cuenta que su estabilidad depende de lis laterales. Es una de las pegas que pondría en algún modelo he visto que justo en los vértices entre el panel central y los laterales tienen unas patitas adicionales pero en conjunto estoy muy contenta con la compra.
