Fire opal is not copper. No refund offered. Avoid.
Too scared to use this as I was surprised to see how neutral-toned the product looked. Now I have read the many reviews stating the same and that this shampoo actually removed the copper tone from their hair. This looks much more like the ‘Amber’ colour and I believe it has been falsely advertised or mislabelled as ‘Fire Opal’. The bottle also states ‘DO NOT USE ON BLEACHED OR HIGHLIGHTED HAIR’ but the Amazon description literally says it is for bleached, highlighted and lightened hair… Amazon will not offer a refund as the product is non-returnable. Surely an incorrectly described product trumps the refund policy. Waste of money.
