Not too acidic or sweet. I use this as a milk replacement for my coffee and for that it works really well. It has a long shelf life and can be kept in the pantry until its open. I drink a lot of coffee at home so have a subcription that ships a box out every now and then. I use this with my nespressos. I like this oat milk better than almond milk and and this brand is as good or better than oatly. It denifnetly is cheaper than Oatly. Try out a carton and youll be convinced!

Califia Farms Oat Barista Blend Oat Milk has become my go-to for creating coffee shop-style drinks at home. Compared to other oat milks I've tried, like Minor Figures, Califia Farms froths the easiest to get perfect microfoam texture similar to whole milk. It also tastes great, with a neutral flavor that complements coffee without being too sweet.There are a couple of things to keep in mind. First, this is the non-organic version, and their organic version doesn't froth quite as well. The ingredients aren't quite as clean, but for me, the ease of use and great taste win out. If you're looking for a plant-based milk that makes amazing lattes at home, try this.

I wouldn’t say this is the best oat milk I’ve tried, but for convenience and taste, it does the job. It’s easy to grab when I need it, and while the flavor isn’t my favorite, it works well enough in drinks. Not my top choice, but a solid option when I need something quick and reliable.

Tastes like Christmas!

I’ve been buying this oat milk 4 cases at a time for years. From Amazon. And it’s been fabulous, truly the best oat milk out there for getting micro foam on my espresso machine, but also the creamiest nut milk I know. I like it more than Oatly and it performs better for coffee as well.But, earlier this year I got a 4 case batch that was horrible. I knew it instantly, before tasting — just from the smell. Taste confirmed. It was like all of the sudden it went from that expertly luscious liquid I’d drank every day was now being made by some guy with oats and a blender. It was way too oaty, texture was off, balance was wrong. I cracked the other cases and found they all had the same problem.Good news is I wrote the company and told them what I had and they shipped four new cases immediately, no problem. Perfect customer service. They said what I’d received wasn’t right and so they fixed it.But looking at recent reviews here I see the problems continue for others. And if you hadn’t had the product before you wouldn’t know it should be better.I should also note that one carton from my replacements was really off, full of chunky something. It was one carton out of 24 — and the rest were back to normal goodness — but it was disappointing nonetheless.So, I’m hanging back for a bit, buying oatly to tide me over until this clears up. I have confidence Califia will fix it up, but don’t want to have to deal with another bad batch. If you get one, let the company know and they’ll fix it.I’m giving them five stars because they earned that with years of excellence. But if this doesn’t clear up soon I’ll come back and adjust down.
