My grandson has reading disabilities and sometimes lacks the desire or motivation to read traditional books. These Ricky Ricotta books are fun and engaging and have helped to motivate him to read.

Good job. It’s an amazing book because the first book was a little scary because Ricky didn’t have his robot yet. Now he has a robot so it’s better. We like the pictures. It’s fun to read. My son loves this series

I like this book because there are bad guys in it. Another reason I like this book is that the characters are brave. My favorite bad guy is the mutant mosquitoes from Mercury. For example, one brave thing was when Ricky's Mighty Robot the mosquitoes.-Rosy, Age 6, Brooklyn New York

My kids love this series. I was excited to find it after we tore through the Captain Underpants & Dogman series. Less insipid then those series and the illustrations are vivid and gorgeous. The plot always teaches a lesson and the words are simple enough for a child learning to read.

This is such a fun, and good read for young kiddos just starting to read chapter books. My 6 year old loves this series!

We read this in one night and wanted to read more.the evil mosquitoes were excellent and my 6 yr old grandson loved them.

My 8 year old loved this book. It's his fourth in this series and he read it in one sitting! (About an hour) He's motivated to read and so excited to read when there's a new Ricky Ricotta book in his hands

Great read for new readers looking to branch into chapter books. My son really enjoys this series.
