Incorrect labeling
Unfortunately, it caused diarrhea after the first two capsules. Never had this reaction with any other brands. ALSO, the labeling is misleading:it is NOT 1000 mg per servings as it states on the front of the bottle, rather, it is 500 mg per servings as stated on the nutritional label. Incorrect or misleading?UPDATE: July 2020-the adverse reaction totally disappeared. Still keep taking it. It seems to be working.

Not happy with the misleading
I just got the package today and boom the first disappointment came from the misleading on the serving.Clearly it says on the about section:"Choline & Inositol 1000 mg 200 Capsules; Great bulk size "which you assume great, each capsule has 1000 combined C&I and good deal on price/size but it is wrong.You have to get 2 capsules per serving which brings it down to technically 100 capsules for the price you pay!Even they recommend getting 1 OR 2 serving (4 capsules/day) which normally 1000 mg should be enough for the daily need per medical researches..I will update if I see any results in few weeks... ANYHOW I wont buy again just because of this big misleading labeling.
