Great way to fight of any winter or Summer flue. We have used these for years for all the kids and they actually tastes Ummy, dissolve quickly. Did great at helping me digest iron pills
My doctor prescribed 500 mg citric acid or vitamin C chews because I was taking iron and this will help my stomach digest it better. I love these enough that I'm reordering them.

Easily digestible.
Overall for a chewable tablet it isn’t bad, it’s not too orangey in taste; does have an aftertaste of vitamins. Drinking some water or a little juice afterwards helps. I take one tablet every morning and have no issues.also the price is reasonable.
