Came with the wrong power supply.
Mine came with a 5v power supply. The clock turns on with the supplied power supply, but keeps resetting. Reading the manual, it calls for a 12v power supply. I happen to have a spare 12v supply from an old hard drive enclosure that worked (positive tip). The remote came without a battery (you cannot set the clock without the remote), a CR2035 fit.Once I got the power supply and remote battery figured out, the clock is quite nice. The left and right sides are 3d printed. The top, bottom, front, and back are plexiglass. It came with an external temperature probe. It also has a port for a "GPS" antenna (not included) for auto-setting the time.The time can be set to 12hr or 24hr. The temp can be set to Celsius or Fahrenheit. The date can be set to Year-Month-Day or Month-Day-Year. You can configure it to cycle through the time, date, and temp with different pauses for each, or just have it display just one thing, or cycle through any two things. It has 10 alarm settings. It can be set up to turn off when the lights go out (configurable sensitivity) or turn on and off at different times. The RGB accent light has a few different modes, along with configurable brightness, or you can just turn it off. When the digits change, you can select one of 4 transitions. It has a function that cycles through all the digits to minimize cathode poisoning, configurable from every 30 seconds to every 10 hours. When the seconds hit 00, you can also configure 4 different animations, random, or off (a bit hard to figure out how to config though). It does have a battery backup (soldered to the board, so a bit hard to replace). One of the chips does run a bit hot, I will probably add a heat sink to prolong the life.

Beautifully displays the time.
The seller is easy to communicate with. Just email him if you have questions. The Nixie bulbs comes included. The clock is beautiful and the bulbs can be replaced easy if they do burn out which is why I bought this model. They are not soldered in.

There are better nixie clocks out there
Clock is absolute junk, after a while the time freezes and then I have to unplug and plug it back in again then it'll work for a while then it freezes again, remote only works when it wants to, and the instructions are god awful, and the bottom of the case gets really hot
