Niagara Bi-max Showerhead & Tri-max Sink Aerator

I was thrilled that Amazon sells Niagara conservation products! What a great price. The company mailed it on time. I can't comment on the "feel" of either product as I gave it to someone for a gift. However I chose Niagara conservation as I havea 1.5 GPM Earth 9 turbo jet Niagara conservation showerhead and am very pleased with it.

hey i shouldve ordered this a longgggg time ago. i havent been in my shower for a long time. now that this has been installed ive been in it since. once i move into my own house i will order more of these.

I seem to be in the minority here, but I tried this one for a few months and didn't like it. I work in the environmental field and occasionally my job calls for promoting water conservation, so I like to know what works. I don't think I was saving any water since my showers were taking longer from taking forever to rinse my hair. The water came out in a doughnut shape and you end up always being in the middle where there isn't any water coming out.......the streams were too far apart to do any good.I ended up finding my old Niagara showerhead (that I thought I had left at an old apartment) and put that one on. It works great. It's about 5 years old, but it looks similar to the Niagara Earth Massage model and the water jets come out closer together, making rinsing easier. I installed a similar model back in the day in my husband's old bachelor apartment; he had terrible water pressure (old building from circa 1920) and it really made a positive difference.Didn't use the faucet aerator since it turns out that my faucets already have them!

What a great package deal. I was looking for the shower head and this little package came with the sink nozzle as well. The shower head is great. The 1.0 gpm setting doesn't provide much water, but it will keep you wet while soaping up or shaving. The streams are very fine, so there is some loss in water temp as it flows through the air. The 1.5gpm setting is much better. There is much more pressure and no problem rinsing. The water temp also seems higher at this setting. The adjustment between the two is simple and feels very solid as it clicks into position. I know I'm saving significant water as compared to my old shower head.The sink nozzle was kind of a bonus to me. It has 3 flow rates. I just leave it on the lowest setting unless I need to fill a pot or something. It too has a very positive click as you turn it into position. The only thing I don't like about it is the appearance. It fits both internal and external threaded faucets. If you use it with internal, there are threads visible. Maybe I missed a trim ring or something? We are not too concerned with it. I do like that I can wash my hands in the sink without using too much water, yet I have the option to step it up and fill pots and pitchers quickly. I can't wait for the next water bill to see the savings.
