Extremely Good but Overpriced
This is world class cheddar. I live in a location surrounded by dairies and also not too far from Tillamook, OR, where they produce amazing dairy products, including aged cheddar cheese. Cougar Gold, produced by a Washington State University in my home state is a beautiful, delicious cheddar cheese which I've been eating for decades. However, there is sometimes some price gouging going on. While this site wants me to pay in the neighborhood of $90 for a tin of Cougar Gold, I can get it at my local produce and specialty market for half that amount. This is the only reason I have rated Amazon at 4 stars instead of 5. The greed is wrong.
