Very effective.
The media could not be loaded. Used to replace some original, worn dampers in 18 year old kitchen carcass's. They sit ever so slightly prouder than the hole but this doesn’t affect the full closing of the doors - a larger hole could be cut if desired. I would definitely recommend these.
