The media could not be loaded. I have had this product for a couple of years now. It has proven its durability and usefulness. I typically use it as a cold compress when my eyes are swollen or I am suffering a migrane. So, it lives in my fridge now. It can also be used as a warm compress. It comes in a zip bag that keeps it clean and ready for use. Also, the strap is adjustable and stretchy.

Works to lower inflamation below the eyes. Fits the face very well and is not irritating to wear. Don't wear for too long as the cold will be very uncomfortable and could cause damage.

I have not used this mask for heat, so disregard this review if you want to read about a heat mask.I like this mask. Like others have written, it loses it's coldness quite quickly. For about 20 minutes (which is the time they specify you should keep it in the freeze for) it gives you a solid 5 minutes of great, genuinely cold cooling sensation and then maybe another 10 minutes of just being a bit cooler before the heat of my face returns it to a normal temperature. It's comfortable to wear with a slim strap. It does however include a warning to not leave it in the freezer, which was a little disappointing because my ideal mask would be one that I just leave in the freezer and pull out whenever I need it; this mask is more of a 'put it in the freezer when you need it and wait 20 minutes' type product. Still, I am glad I have this product for days where I wake up with a hangover or whenever I get a migrane

Definitely helps soothe my migraines. I love that there is a soft side so they don’t stick to my skin. Even once the ice melts, the gel is very soothing. I appreciate the eye holes because I have found a way to work through my worst migraines. I work from home, but migraine days are debilitating & they are getting better thanks to these little guys!

Great product. I put it in the refrigerator to make it nice & cool, which really helps with eye puffiness. Recommended!

I purchased this because I love that it has eye holes. The problem is that it gets way too cold to put it directly on the skin so I have to use a towel which defeats the purpose of the eye holes. It can be put into the freezer for about 20 minutes to get it chilled, and then I can put it directly on the skin which is what the directions say to do. If I do that, it does not stay cold for more than 10 minutes. It would be a better product if there was fabric on the side that comes in contact with the skin like the one I got from my eye doctor.

Mask works very well both cold and hot. Two features really stand out. First, it is a nice feature to have the eye holes cut out. With my other mask, it’s one solid piece with no eye holes cut out. When I put it on to ice my sinuses the other mask makes my eyeballs too cold. I have to fold up tissue and put it between the mask and my eyes. This mask doesn’t have that problem. Another feature I like, when I need to apply heat, I just heat the mask in the microwave for about 20 seconds. So it’s super easy to heat and apply quickly without messing around with hot water bottles.

Great eye mask! It’s probably best to put in the fridge instead of freezer if you plan to use it immediately, but very comfortable and convenient to use for puffiness/headaches/or just wanting to relax!
