Salty & sweet
Delicate flavor. Salty with a slight sweet crust. The cheese is mild. Cookie part is thin & crisp.

I consider these my new crack cookies. Thank goodness?? They are pricey so I can't overdoes on them.I first discovered this brand when I was in Hong Kong. They do a lot of product sampling if you go to their storefront. They have two types of cookies, these Salt & Camembert, and Honey and Gorgonzola. Both are great but I prefer the Salt & Camembert more. At first bite, they aren't that special but the crisp cookie and subtle cheese with white chocolate flavour really grows on you. I ordered a box for my friend to try and got her hooked too. Each package comes with 10 small cookies that are individually wrapped in foil for freshness. My box had about a month before it expired -- not that they could have ever lasted that long! While I'm glad to be able to order them in the US, they are quite a bit cheaper in Hong Kong and in Japan. It works out to be about $10USD to buy them in HK and about $7 to buy them in Japan. Given there is no alternative, the $17-$20 price range for these cookies is worth the splurge for me...occasionally!

Delicious!
These are gift quality, cookie worthy and absolutely delicious. Enjoy them alone, with tea or coffee. Another great idea would be in a charcuterie board. I did have a couple that were broken, probably from shipping they still taste delicious.

Yummy
craved for these instantaneously and ordered for same day delivery, but, arrived the next day with not enough cushion inside the box, pls note that these are delicate cookies and so i ended up with lots of crumbled cookies. This is the cheapest price and place i can buy these from although they are still pricey. These are only around seven dollars in japan.Once you start eating, you just want to finish the whole box and more. Delicate, crisp, not too sweet, no overpowering cheese. In my travel to asia, I came across what you call "lengua de gato", they are also delicate and crisp cookies but no camembert filling, they are a but sweeter but they are the closest to describe the outside of these tokyo milk cheese cookies for those of you who havent tried them.

So Good but so Expensive!
I like them a lot! I was debating whether to get these or not. It was too pricey. However, i received a generous amount of Amazon gift cards for Christmas so I decided to try them. They are yummy-totally hype worthy. I just dont know if its worth $2 per cookie (there’s 10 in them. I honestly like them more than the ever popular chick bread, banana bread or the overpriced yoku moku cookies. I don’t know if I’ll get them again but I’ll definitely ask my friends to bring some back when they visit Japan.

Very different!
Very different for a cookie.-- a subtle, mild cheese flavor. I really like them! And they are very fresh.
