Very happy!
I was a little concerned ordering from this company after reading the reviews. But the tree arrived at my daughter's 2 days earlier than expected and was starting to bud in the box. She got it planted in a large container and it is THRIVING! This was her 30th birthday present so I couldn't be happier. Would definitely order from this company again.

Poor graft of half dead tree loosely attacked to a stick
I can only assume this is a joke, Except that I actually paid for it. It's a tiny scrap less than the size of a quarter that looks like was plucked from a tree and badly spliced onto a stick. It was near dead when it arrived. Perhaps this was how it's supposed to come and even though it looks terrible and my 5 year old does better jobs putting sticks together. There was no instructions or document to reference how to nurse this Frankenstein back the health. For the price I expected an established plant not this that probably will not survive the next 3 days.

when this tree grows up
when this tree grows up this will be a beautiful tree. I saw this tree when it was in mid life. It was so beautiful, I had to have one. Wish me luck.

Save your money
Tree showed up with crappy packing ( old scraps of paper) , and the tree was in bad shape. Small and very skinny tree with brown edges on the leaves. I would NOT recommend spending your money on this !

Description is not accurate (updated review)
My original review is below this one. So my tree isn't growing anymore above the grafted area. I keep getting sprouts on the bottom part of the graft and I pull them off as the seller told me to. I don't recall what I paid for this tree I think like $30 or more and I saw the tree I wanted at Lowes for $69 that is 42" tall with a 3" trunk. This is a totally rip off. NOT PLEASED! (old review) I ordered this not knowing it was going to be a graft tree, which is usually common in fruit trees but apparently in these trees as well. The tree arrives as a stick, not sure where 3 years come into play at on this, but this is a stick upon arrival. I can clearly see the cut and green graft on my tree and hope it won't be noticeable once it grows up. The leaves are suppose to be green/pink right now because it is spring (zone 6) but mine are a very dark red like what it is suppose to be in the fall. Thre are a couple leaves sprouting at the bottom of the graft which look like the leaves to the tree I ordered. But the top part of the graft does not, which makes me think I did get the tree I ordered and contacted the seller and they did respond quickly and told me this tree is suppose to fade to green into summer then turn to red I guess I will see. The tree is growing very well, and have sprouted 4 branches. That is why I give it 3 stars, if the tree is indeed the one I ordered and changes colors I will update my review. I have a Japanese maple already at home and this tree looks just like the one I already have, which is why I don't believe the leaves will change. In my photo you can see the cut and graft and the small leaves that sprouted on the graft, (see the green and pink on the leaves) then the top part is a completely different kind of leaf. So like I said I will update this if the tree changes to a more positive post, or to a more negative one.

Plant arrived healthy
I was nervous but the plant arrived healthy, looked great actually. Have it planted now and I'm excited to have it in the yard. Thank you

The trees look like they failed to thrive due to disease.
I received the two dwarf Japanese Maples in a crushed box, with dirt leaking out. The trees were dead. I know the difference between dormant and dead. They didn't die in transit. The trees are supposed to be 3 year old live trees. They are the diameter of a #7 pencil and have white scale and fungus on the tree trunks. The thin branches are dry and brittle and the small buds are dry and dead. Totally dissatisfied.
