I tried this product because their was not much else custom fitted for my car. I didn't want to cover the air vents and the cd player is to low to clip into.I have only been using it 1 week, however it fits and works great.Pros:-The electric opening and closing is really convenient when getting in and out of the car.-The wireless charger is convenient and also, neat and clean. I pushed the power cable under the dashboard so its not visible.-It fits into the dashboard nicely.Cons:-As per the other reviews, it only comes with one piece of double sided tape. So far it has stayed mounted, but I suspect that eventually it will fall off. Considering its the only option custom fit for the car, I am happy to buy another piece of tape and stick it on.Suggestions:-Extra piece of double sided tape would help.-Maybe it is missing an insert on the top side for extra securing to the dash.The reviews about the product are suspicious. When I asked a question about the electronic opening of the product someone responded in a broken English with no information other than mentioning the bad tape.I am not a frequent reviewer, but I am happy with the product and felt it was important to call out the fake reviews.

Based on the pics and the description, I had hoped this would fit. Unfortunately, the mount is too loose between the vents. The mount comes installed with double-sided tape on the bottom for which I assume most would be a bit apprehensive to use. Nevertheless, I tried installing with the tape and it still failed to hold an iPhone 7. I give it two stars for the clean aesthetics but it failed to deliver on functionality.

Este producto esta anunciado para un Mercedez clase C 2018 a 2019, el mío es 2018, el producto no ajusta para lo que esta hecho, el soporte se supone debe quedar debajo de la pantalla queda encimada, en la parte de abajo solo se trae una cinta para adherir muy delgada que claramente no soporta la carga de ningún telefono, en el video y descripción tambien aparece un botón para soltar y ampliar el sujetador de los teléfonos pero solo esta simulado, claramente no recomiendo este articulo y yo estoy solicitando devolución del mismo con todo lo que ello implica por que es una devolución internacional.

I am not in love with it that’s for sure. The top portion of the base doesn’t fit properly under the navigation screen and doesn’t come with the adhesive that is on the bottom portion. It would have helped the situation. The prongs could be a little wider if you have a credit card attachment to your phone case.

I received this product on yesterday, Tuesday, December 10, 2019. On today I attempted to install the device and there’s a very small strip (Approx. 1/8 inch) of adhesive that is in effective. There is no other adhesive points on this device therefore It did not stick to the vent area. I will return this item. I am very unsatisfied.

Why would you only put adhesive on the bottom. This is too flimsy and I don’t trust it

I really like this product. It looks very nice on my car.I just didn’t like that is adhesive and feels cheap. But still worth the money.

What a simple solution! Very easy to install and use. I like that it charges my iPhone XS and holds the phone so steady. If there is any con at all, it’s that a couple of my HVAC buttons are covered when the phone is in place, but I always have my HVAC set on automatic anyway.
