Works like a champ
They arent pretty (no cable sleeving) but they are functional and cheap! These work as advertised and the build quality is fine. Not great but fine. The pervious and so far only reviewer of this product either bought the wrong product or didnt realize he would need to use some sort of software to control the fans via voltage regulation. You should disregard his review IMO.

The pins look like there all different lengths very cheap looking but it gets the job done.

Does not split the PWM line as shown
I bought this cable thinking I'd be able to drive two fans from the header on the motherboard, but the speed control only goes to one. So now I still have one fan controlled by the motherboard and one going full speed. Don't buy this if you want to split the control to two fans, it won't work.
