I love this brand in general, and they are often the "Top Pick" by an independent supplement testing lab, too (as this item is.) I have a lot of food sensitivities and intolerances, esp soy and gluten and dairy. Though this product has a little 'help' for all of those, I DO NOT EAT any of them. I STILL have a rumbling GI system and occasional discomfort with all my "safe" foods, but once I started taking one capsule of these before most meals, it's SO MUCH BETTER.Nothing works completely, nor does anything work for EVERYONE. That being said, if you've not tried this brand, I'd suggest you do. I have also used one or two other brands (good ones) and they also help, but this one seems to be the best for my particular gut. This bottle of goodness is my best friend at mealtime. Good luck finding one for yourself, and remember to give this one a try.

These work really well. I researched for some that would help with the major items that bother me (dairy, eggs, red meat). As I’ve gotten older it is harder to digest. Since taking, my digestive issues have improved greatly. I’m on my 3rd bottle. My 93-year old mother-in-law tried this weekend and immediately ordered. Check what bothers you, these probably will help.

Been a carnivore for six months and seeing if I can tolerate and introduce any carbs and sugar. Unfortunately, it’s a no as I would get itchy skin, hives and upset stomach . Taking the enzymes works to alleviate those symptoms.
