Both my husband and I love these because we take a lot of supplements and get so sick of swallowing pills (and yes, supplements...we feel...do wonders for us and we're 77/78). Sometimes take separate C and sometimes forget not even though we know very important. These are so easy to just grab. You even feel like you're getting a TREAT. Gummies are great when you're tired of pills in general.

I like them. They have both a sweet and tart taste. Pretty powerful flavor- can't tell if I taste more sweet or more tart. I know they contain sugar, most gummies do. I find that I am much more likely to take a vitamin with consistency if it is in gummy form. I do not always eat a perfectly balance diet, so I do make a point to try to bridge the gap by taking a multi vitamin/mineral supplement, plus a few additional ones even on top of what is in the multi. Vitamin C is one of them. Trying it in gummy form is new to me as I do keep some regular tablets of vitamin c on hand, of a higher dosage. I thought I would give vitamin c gummies a try. I figure since it is water soluble, taking smaller doses through the day rather than at once may be a better way to go. These gummies provide 250 mg per 2 gummy serving, 125mg each, so 60 servings per container. And yes, we only need 60mg in our diet for RDA. But, I take more. So? While I am used to seeing sugar in the ingredient list, I do not know why they contain sodium? After this bottle is done, I am considering an Amazon brand for comparison.
