Q: If you don't have the correct answers why would you respond to a question. does anyone know how to use a tape measure to give a proper answer?

I bought this based on this answer and mine just arrived and doesn't fit. The outside dimensions of mine are 11 15/16 by 6 15/16 by 1 5/8

Yes they will, just like you would expect regular boxes or trays to stack. They're not interlocking.
