I watch a little girl a few times a week. I wanted something that would help her little mind grow. She is far more advanced as others her age. These are great. She has played with them twice now. The puzzles have a wooden base, very sturdy so when she puts the together they fit in the edges and only that way. The edges of each puzzle board and puzzle has been rounded so she wont get cut or splinters. The puzzle pieces are wood too. So they are heavier than cardboard, stronger and do not bend. But will break if bent. There is 16 pieces in each puzzle. There is 4 puzzles. Each puzzle has the same puzzle pattern, ADVICE do not let the child take all 4 puzzles apart and put together, it tend to look odd when the wrong piece is used.

I bought these for my 3 year old. I did like them but I also wish they were bigger. I’m including a picture of my hand right next to one of the puzzles. My 3 year old liked them and was interested in putting them together with my help. I do like that it has the picture on the board so it’s easier to explain to my 3 year old to try to match the puzzle pictures that way . I’m glad I bought it .

This is great value for money having 4 puzzles in the pack. These were my 3 year old's first puzzles and she enjoys doing them. The pieces are much thinner than I thought they would be, but they're amazingly durable thus far. The only criticism I have about these puzzles is that the pieces are not uniquely shaped so wrong pieces can fit securely into place which isn't good for a child learning to do puzzles. I had to point out the pattern in order to prove to my strong willed daughter that a piece was wrong. Lol! All in all, definitely a good buy for children ages 3 - 5 years.

These puzzle pieces come really stuck together. My toddler son is 2 years old. I, as the adult, wobbled the pieces to become separate so he may put the puzzle pieces together. It is fun and challenging for my son. The puzzle pieces itself is pretty sturdy. It needs to be perfect in the connection of the pieces to come together. I have to be very careful when taking the pieces apart because if not, the top layer of the puzzle piece(paper) will start to peel off the wood that it is adhere too.For the price, this is a great purchase and I am glad that I bought this. It is a step up from the easy 8 piece baby puzzles that my son was completing.I rate this a 3.5 star.

Bought these for my toddler who was 3 at the time to put these puzzle pieces together.In the beginning she had trouble, but after a little while she got the hang of using the background to put the pieces back onto the board (the board shows a picture of where the puzzle pieces should go). There was a few crumbs on the puzzle board, but they were easily solved as you can just wipe them down (just don’t soak or you’ll ruin the board. I used baby wipes and they did wonders on cleaning them). They don’t fall off easily and they are easily put together. Keeps my toddler occupied for a good half and hour or less.

My toddler is obsessed with these puzzles! We’ve had them a couple weeks now, and he literally plays with them for an hour or more every single day!! We originally had the 9 piece ones by the same company, and he loved those too, but became too easy for him after a couple months. I got these to try and now he’ll line up these four and the old four and do all of them! Very sturdy too considering he usually rips off the puzzle paper by now.. these are still intact!

Great starter puzzles for my 4 year old daughter. Showed her that the after she got the 16 edges pieces she would work on the last four middle ones. She can put these puzzles together pretty quickly now so she is ready to move into bigger ones. These were great starter puzzles and she found the pictures cute. The dog is her favorite. Great buy
