Love these probiotic supplements. Can’t speak to their efficacy in comparison to other brands, but I’ve always had good results with this brand. Helps clear my skin and prevent breakouts. Also great for eczema in my experience.

I keep mine in the fridge to keep its potency. (Instructions say to sore in cool, dry place.) Ingredients: dairy, soy, & gluten free; clinically validated strains. At 25-billion & gf, soy-free, it doesn't hurt my stomach.

Supplement is so good that I was tempted to take two BUT took one instead. A good value also.

I gave it five stars for quality, quick shipping and packaging. It works reasonably well with aiding digestion and easy to swollen, no bad after taste, It has no bad smell, can't say about the energy level, but once your gut is functioning you energy level will increase automatically.

Pricing is the best and has more then most probiotics have in it. Colonized good bacteria and is worth it ten fold. Noticed a difference quick.
