This very pleasant 'smelling' ( I wouldn't use Perfumed as this would imply that this gel is not pure) leaves your body feeling refreshed with your skin extremely soft and smooth. Being soap free you may think there will be little lather and a very generous amount is needed, but you only need an extremely small amount of the liquid gel as it acts like shampoo so, not only is it economical, but also a sheer delight!I have tried a considerable number of shower gels from the lovely expensive Crabtree & Evelyn Rosewater (which is no longer available) to the less expensive ones, but nothing compares to Cussons Carex Original Soap Free Shower Gel . The great thing is that as it is difficult to buy from High Street shops, it can be purchased from MyShop UK (through Amazon) at an extremely advantageous price of £7:99 for a pack of 3, with Free Delivery! There was a problem with my order as the parcel had been dropped so one of the damaged bottles was leaking badly, but when I contacted them and explained, Vicki in Customer Service responded immediately and did not hesitate to replace it for me by return. Good for purpose

The packaging does not mention antibacterial. I'd specifically sought anti-bacterial as it was recommended by dermatologist, so I was frustrated that the supplier has essentially fabricated product features that don't exist. I'd paid the premium price as I believed it was. Otherwise this is far cheaper in a supermarket. Only £8 but I've organised a return on principle.
