Herman Miller Mirra Replacement Wheels
I purchased this for my HM Mirra chair. The original wheels fell apart over the years. These wheels fit perfect. Installed easily. No noise. Smooth rolling across the hardwood floor. Doesn't leave marks on the floors either. Its only been a couple of weeks but so far so good.

Very Good Replacement for OEM
Needed to replace the original casters on my 10 year old Herman Miller chair. My office flooring is porcelain tile so the casters needed to be soft. These casters seem to be perfect and were simple to install (just pull out the old and push in the new). Of course time will tell regarding the quality but they appear to be quite similar to the OEM and the price was much more reasonable. I recommend them.

Not a perfect fit for the original aeron
I agree with the other reviewer that said these aren't the perfect fit on the original aeron. The mounting posts are slightly smalls, so they wobble a bit. I also found that the material on these aren't very that soft. I am not convinced that they would be safe for the hardwood, so we'll see.

Works perfectly- easy to install on a Humanscale chair
Used this on a Humanscale Liberty Task Chair and it works perfectly. Way cheaper than the $50 casters the company quoted me.

Not OEM but still work well
While these aren't quite as good as the herman miller ones I had in there, or the one I purchased from Herman Miller to replace the first one that came apart. Who knew these original casters didn't last more than 10 years. Crazy. I was annoyed that Herman Miller didn't just sell a set of casters at a discount so I went with these. And yeah, definitely solid. I had tried another vendor and they were terrible. Very poor quality. These great. As good as the OEM? Time will tell. I'll update this review in 2033 if they are still working as well as the originals did. Stay tuned!

Not much different noise level.
I purchased this for replacing old one because my house has wood floor and the old wheels are so nosing. This product is not soft and not much changed noise level. I am not sure I received different version? I can say 5% improve the noise level. What a waste money.

Great Glide and Smooth rollers
The product works great on my herman miller embody and its much nicer than my wheels that i had on for years
