is the bottom grippy or textured to prevent slipping?

Purchased quite a few and they have not slipped on any surface I have used them on.

Not sure, possibly 18 or 16 gauge stainless steel but rigid with an flex, made in India. They are well built and great quality. They are not magnetic.

Is there absorbent cork liner for drips, or a felt bottom to prevent scratching table?

No cork or felt. They are as you see in the picture, They clean up really easy with a water no staining and the bottom is very smooth, I haven't had a problem with scratching my table. I hope this helps.
