Can it be installed both sides (left and right?)

Good Morning, Thank you for your question. This can be installed on both sides, the only difference is that it will be upside down.

How does this attach to the wall?

Two large screws either side attach to corner of shower I am very pleased with this item

Is it made in Germany and how does it fit to the wall

Not sure where it was made and our builder fitted it to the wall. Very happy with it - in fact we have one in each bathroom. No fuss or struggling to change rolls. Thoroughly recommend.
