Worked on 2006 Corvette
My battery was dead because the car set to long without being driven. After getting it started, all 4 tire sensors no longer worked and I was getting an error message. So, I could have taken it down to the tire shop and had them do the reset or order this off Amazon and do it myself. It took longer to watch the Youtube videos than to do the actual reprogramming. The sequence that worked for me is as follows: have car in accessory mode, press the unlock and lock on the key fob at the same time. The horn beeped once. Go to the driver's side tire. Aim it where the tire meets the rim under the valve stem. ( I had tried to position it by the valve stem as they showed in a couple of videos, but no success there for me) Press the button on the reset tool. Move it in that curve until you here the horn honk once. Move to the front passenger tire. Aim and press. Move to the back passenger tire. Repeat. Move to the back driver's tire. Repeat. Then you are done. Easy peasy. When the horn honks, it is resetting that particular tire.I hope that you are as successful as I was.

Don’t put it on the stem, put it on the tire
Don’t put it right on the valve stem. Put it near the tire itself, on the colored dot. Works like a charm. Driver front, passenger front, passenger rear, driver rear.

Works perfectly
Reset tpms on 2014 Chevy Cruze after rotating tires at home. At first I was aiming the antenna at the tire stem, but discoved it needed to go against the tire by the valve stem. I guess the aluminum rim blocks signal, but against tire it took one second to be recognized. Would buy again!

Worked on my 2020 Silverado 2500 HD... finally
I did not have any new 9v batteries on hand, so had to try three used batteries before getting one strong enough to work. As others have said, it needs a strong battery. I first thought it wouldn't work on my truck, since the description said "not for large trucks" and I assume that means because the tire sidewalls and wheels are heavier/thicker than on a car. I didn't suspect the batteries because the low battery light never came on. Anyway, even with the strong battery it wasn't instant although it did finally work, but took a lot of moving around the valve stem area to get it to pick up, with no clear sign of what the magic movement was. It just did. So I'm happy, 4.25 stars.

Tool allowed me not to have to raise and lower the tire pressure to complete the relearn process
I purchased this programming/ relearn tool as I was having trouble using the cars relearn process( 2 sensors would not recognize pressure changes), The Cobalt's relearned process has you increasing or decreasing the tire pressure to relearn the sensors. I bought a set of 4 new sensors. I installed 2 of the 4 new sensors, started the relearn process on my 2010 Chevy Cobalt, aimed the tool toward the new sensors, heard the chip, moved to the next sensor, until all 4 were done. The tool was not necessary as the car manual says raise or lower the tire pressure for about 8 seconds until you hear a chirp then move to the next tire. The tool allowed me not to have to change the tire pressure. Made the job go much quicker because I didn't have to adjust pressures.

Did not work correctly
Purchased this to make it easier to reprogram the TPMS sensors when switching from summer to winter tires. This thing is kind of a waste of money.I made sure I followed the instructions I found online and watched a few YouTube videos as well. This did not come with any instructions but there are some in the listing.Installed a fresh battery after having some issues and it did not help.Started to program the tires and could only get the front left to program properly. After the first tire is programmed, it will not accept any more. I feel like the transmitter isn't strong enough. I tried it several times and even started at a different tire (I knew it would be wrong, just testing my theory) a d it would not program any of them except for the front left.Maybe I have bad TPMS sensors? Nope. Took it to a tire shop and they were able to program all four without any problems.I would seriously consider not purchasing this product. If you do, make sure to test it prior to the return window so if you do have the same issues I did, at least you can return yours.

Worked like a champ
This worked perfectly for me to resync the tpms on my dually. The only downfall is there isn't enough space between the back tires to hit the sensors so needed to jack up the truck and take the outers off so I could hit each tire sensor. But not a fault of the product...well, maybe if they made one with a longer antenna that woulda been a nice option. But this worked for what I needed to get everything reading in the correct spot. For those with dually's, driver front, passenger front, passenger rear outer, passenger rear inner, driver side rear outer, driver side rear inner is the proper sequence.

only worked on 1 of 2 vehicles
Have a2021 GMC Terrain and 2015 Chevy Tahoe.Should have worked on both, but only worked on the Terrain. Sending back buying from different seller / manufacturer, from all the reviews it seems to be hit or miss whether they work or not.
