L'Aromarine Oceane Eau de Toilette 50 ml

Smells lovely, though does not last very.

I found this perfume at a local store, last quantities. I have to wear a perfume for about 20 minutes before I can tell what it smells like on me. I waited the 20 (or 30) minutes, liked how it worked on my skin, went back to buy it and it was sold out. And I really liked it. Of course, I found it on Amazon! I placed the order and received it two days later, packaged well. So thank you Amazon and seller! I live on the ocean and I love how the air smells, I don't notice the smell of the ocean as much day to day living here but when I leave my home for a trip or even for a day, I miss that hint of ocean and I love coming home. This perfume, while not exactly light, is is exactly that ocean air scent. I have learned that very little of the perfume goes a very long way which is good news for the investment. It is not expensive at all really but I want it to last! I bought 2 bottles and will buy 2 more. I now get to have the clean, salty, fresh scent of the ocean everywhere. I smell good!

So glad I was able to purchase this scent - just ran out of it. Found it 15 years ago and Anthropologie - they no longer sell it, which is sad.

So disappointed in this one. I have the vanilla from them and it’s wonderful, but this one smells terrible thought it was going to be a salty, fresh clean and crisp scent instead it’s a terrible artificial sharp very sharp old smelly cologne scent. Quality is awful and the scent will stay for what seemed for ever !

Very light tangerine smell with a faint white floral, possibly orange blossoms, and a salt note. It's extremely simple and very sheer, but it does not smell like the oceane. I also live on the ocean and have been near salt water my entire life and this is a lovely perfumer's idea of what the ocean smells like. So as far as a perfume goes, it's lovely, inexpensive and perfect for hot weather. Since I was also hoping for a perfume that smells like the actual sea, I can't say it is what I was looking for. Still, it's totally useable and is sheer enough to be worn in close environments. It does tend to vanish quickly, but at this price point, that's not surprising. BeautyHabit is the company I got this from through Amazon and not only was the bottle shipped very securely and very quickly, samples were included as well as a hand-written thank you note. It was a mini Christmas in August for me. Which is kind of what this perfume reminds me of, Christmas. That tangerine scent smells like Noel to me.

Purchased this a couple years ago while in the Czech Republic and was worried that it wasn't sold elsewhere. Every time I wear this my children and husband go absolutely nuts over how great the smell is given it's clean, light, and not overpowering. I'm unable to breathe with most perfumes given their overpowering musk, sandlewood, fruity, or just over-the-top scents. This, however, has been one of my all time favorites (also love Trish McEvoy Snowdrop & Crystal Flowers, D'Issey, Clinique Happy To Be, Prescriptives *Potion, and Eternity). This is my favorite of those I use and am thrilled it's sold here on Amazon. Wearing ANY perfume that the rest of the room can smell is too much so just a spritz or two works.
