Questionable
This is an excellent idea; too bad it isn't worth the metal it was made from for precise work. Not at all what I expected!! First, it is very poor tooling, has extremely sharp edges and must be dressed to avoid an injury hazard. Second, the bushings/collars are metric and do not work well with SAE bits, too much slop. Third, the jig on the one I received is slightly out of round. Overall, it is going to take some extra attention and care to make it work for precise operations. There's a lot of slop in the whole setup. I asked if it was possible to obtain a set of bushings that are SAE dimensions, no response. This type of "buying in the dark" is only as good as the manufacturer's due diligence in description and manufacturing, especially when buying from Amazon. Buy at your own risk.

Guide bushings are not metric: metric bits don't slide freely through the bushing but bind up
EDIT: What I think may be going on is that these are (unmarked) SAE bushings that are being marketed as metric. A 3/8 bit slides smoothly in the "10mm" bushing but a 10mm bit binds. It's the entry side of the guide bushing that is the problem. The "exit" side of the guide bushing is properly machined to size. The bit slides smoothly if inserted from the exit end but jams and binds when it reaches the entry end of the guide bushing. Since I needed to drill a a few dozen 10mm pilot holes, I didn't check the other bushings. They could be junk too.

Worked as advertised.
So far, so good. Seems to help create straight, vertical holes.

Good for light work only
It's fine for minor jobs. If you're looking to use it constantly and for heavy work, forget about it—it's not designed to withstand long work sessions.

Flat work drill guide
The drill jig is designed to accept different sleeves to guide a particular drill to have a perfect, perpendicular to surface hole. The sleeves are cheap and not hardened. You have to find the exact location that you want to drill and it is not designed for any other surfaces except flat.

not stable, and metric guide bushings arent the best
tried this little gadget and I got to say, I will wait till something better comes along. Then guide bushings dont have the best fit with my metric drill set. Was honestly more of a waste of time than anything. Try another brand, or do like me wait for a better concept.

Beware that it does not work accurately or easily on small width items
I bought to use on 1x2 molding strips but was difficult to use. Worked well on wider items
