Made the best kababs ever
I used 5 packs of 5 pounds of meat. Vacuumed the meat in a jar with the seasoning and some olive oil and onions. Put the meat in an aluminum tray the next day and grilled them. This was the best kabab meat ever. I will be buying more of these. The only problem is I couldn't read anything on the package, everything was in Russian but I guess that's because they are from Russia.

Traditional seasonings we love and always get from the eastern market. For those who can't read Russian, it says 1 packet per 2kg of meat so about 4.5lbs.

We found it works best on pork and lamb
Unless you read Russian it takes some time to figure out how much seasoning is needed for your meat. I don't mean to say the packaging needs to be redone but it would be really helpful if someplace, someplace there could be a translation of the info on the spices.We went through several tasty tests to figure out how much spice was needed per kg of meat. We found it works best on pork and lamb. It worked well enough with chicken as well and was suited for beef.Happy grilling!

Well balanced mix
Of course, my preferences and tastes are based on the tradition. I tried many local verities but nothing works for me as our traditional spice mixes. I go to my grocery store to get the ingredients separately but I’m so happy these traditional Russian seasonings are available online. This brand makes excellent products.

Strong flavor
I used this for a pork roast but I feel it would go better with beef. Very strong flavor so it just sort of took over the pork I feel the beef would even it out.
