Over the years, I've tried a lot of different moisturizers, and this one is by far the best I've ever tried!It is not greasy to apply, absorbs quickly, and leaves your skin incredibly soft. My husband & daughter felt my arm after using it, remarked how soft my skin felt, and the softness lasted hours. This moisturizer works better than pricier, as well as recognizable brands brands I've tried in the past.

My doctor recommended Cetaphil as a moisturizer for my eczema. I bought the lotion, not knowing better, and I thought I was good. When I went back to the doctor, he told me that my skin was too dry. I needed to moisturize more. This cycle continued until one day I did some research and I learned that there is a difference between lotion and cream. The cream is a better choice for people with eczema because the cream goes on thicker, keeps the skin moist longer, and therefore works better. I have since been using this product, and my eczema issue is reduced. It is a shame that the doctor did not tell me about the difference between cream and lotion.

The product is good, BUT when it arrived I had paid 8.99 in shipping which I'd failed to see. My fault not to catch it, thought it was part of my Amazon Prime with shipping free.

I love Cetaphil cream. My dermatologist recommended it many years ago. The problem with my order: it should have had 2 20oz jars as advertised but I received 1 20oz and 1 16 oz jar. I called and after sparring with the robot person I finally spoke with a live person. Her heavy accent was hard for me to understand but she was polite and didn’t get annoyed with me. The next day I received another package with the same 2 (20& 16oz) jars as a replacement. However, the customer service person said I did not need to return my first order. I was pleased with the result!Amazon does need to correct the information about the jar sizes.

This stuff is the BEST. I have dry sensitive skin on my face, and over the years I tried LOTS of products. Even had a special cream blended for me at a specialty skin care shop. This one beats them all, and at a much better price than I paid for high end and customized moisturizers. I'm a 62 year old man, and I use 3 products that keep my skin from drying out. When I shower I "wash" my face with Dermorganic Soapless Facial Cleanser, then out of the shower I splash on Neutrogena Alcohol Free Toner, then I apply this Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream for Dry, Sensitive Skin. I've been doing this for some time now, and it really keeps the skin on my face looking and feeling healthy.

Cetaphil was recommended to me after I visited my allergist to see if I could get an answer as to why I was almost constantly itchy. After testing revealed no allergies were the cause, he suggested replacing my daily moisturizer with Cetaphil. Not only is the itchiness gone, but also the alligator like skin I had on my legs is now super soft and my legs are once more presentable.
