These splatter screens are very nice. Heavy duty construction you can feel in the weight when you pick it up. The screen is super tight like a drum. I feel pretty confident they will hold up. Time will tell. Other brands I've had the screen separates from the outer rim. I only wish they came packaged in a box rather than a bag. Bought two of them and both had some dents and creases in the screen. Where something made contact. You can press them out flat, but the markings will stay. Not too big of a deal. Not worth returning.

I purchased after seeing very positive reviews on a couple of reliable cooking blogs and websites. It is very well constructed and the 13" size fits all the pans I use a lot. It works well, easy to clean and the 2 support rods have "feet" so it sits above the counter. It can double as a cooling rack if needed.My only disappointment is you can't register it for the stated lifetime warranty or product support. The website address takes you their Amazon site and the email address they offer is undeliverable! Their Facebook page hasn't been posted on since 6/2020!The price was low, quality seems great and it does what it's suppose to do well. I took one star off for the shady advertising of a warranty and ability to contact them. I've paid more for worse! It works and I'm happy!

I purchased the 13 inch version. I measured to confirm the diameter (photo 4). It is for use primarily on a square skilled used for frying food such as burger patties (photo 6). I have owned splatter screens in the past. The difference with this one is the handle extension that goes across the screen.The seller claims this screen will stop 99% of splatters. As with any splatter screen, in my opinion the amount of splatter blocked depends on the type of food and how it is being cooked. My first use was to cook burger patties. This screen was reasonably effective in reducing splatter on the stove top which is a pain to clean.As with screens I have owned in the past my preference is to wash it in the dishwasher. Since the material is stainless steel I had no issues.Just like most other screens I have owned there are some slight burn marks after just one use. Photo shown the slight burn marks that may be hard to see in the photo. I will not loose any sleep over this. I think just about all screens of this type will get burn marks. As my use increases I expect to see more burn marks.There is one thing that caught me off guard... There is a factory sticker on the screen that says “ATTENTION USA THIS SIDE UP”. See photos 3 and 4 for the orientation. I'm not sure why this is for the USA. Maybe someone else can chime in on this.

Love the size of this larger size, very well made. Very sturdy.
