Full transparency, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the disposable pads to stay in place BUT the hot/cool packs and the cream are worth the whole five stars on their own!! In the early days my baby had a tongue tie and my nipples were absolutely torn up and in so much pain and I got such great relief from both products. Now that I’m having less pain, the heat packs are still super useful to help produce the most milk possible.

I bought this for a friend when it was on her baby registry. She has since reported back to me that she was able to use about half of the supplies herself, while she found that the other half of stuff just weren’t things she needed.HOWEVER she also emphasized to me that this is a great first time new mom gift because you don’t know what you will need specifically, and this kit has the best selection to help you find out what you do need, when you need it.

I love this starter set and I haven’t even used it because I haven’t given birth yet. It even came with covers for the gel packs and that wasn’t mentioned so it kind of felt like a little bonus. The gel packs feel soooo good and the mini cream gives me a chance to try it out and decide if it’s something I would buy in the full size or not. Plus it’s the perfect size for traveling. I haven’t tried the nipple everter yet because I don’t want to cause let down early so that will have to wait and I’m not leaking so I can’t judge the comfort of the disposable pads yet. Overall it seems like it’s a good product set and I can’t wait to use it once my little one comes💙.

This was originally an impulse buy just before I was scheduled to have labor induced. I can't say how glad my husband and I were that I had this kit from night one! The nipple everter, in particular, was immediately useful as it helped with first time latching and almost every other time we initiated breast feeding. The lactation specialist even said it was a really smart buy! The cooling packs we're useful once my milk truly came in (not just the costrum), as my breasts were incredibly engorged and painful! Everything in this kit, from the nipple ointment and pads, to the nipple everter and cooling gels was useful! I can't say enough good things about this product.

This is a great starter kit. My only issue is the size of the nipple cream. It is so small. If you plan to use this regularly at all, go buy a bigger tube. You don’t use much at a time, but you need it more frequently in the beginning until you get used to breast feeding. This kit does come with quite a few disposable pads which is nice. I also enjoy the ice packs that come with it. Overall, it’s a great kit. I just wish the nipple cream was in a slightly bigger tube.

I bought this set because it was cheaper than getting just the heating pads alone. I love the heating pads/ I haven’t tried freezing them yet. Before pumping every time I put them in the microwave and warm them for 30 seconds. The instructions say 20 seconds each but I found putting both in for 30 worked better. It really helps with let down. I’m not a huge fan of the nursing pads- I hate the stickiness and feel like they clump up in my shirt. But again- I was only after the heating pads.

This was the perfect set to buy for my breastfeeding journey.The nipple sucker helped my son latch.The ointment helped my aching nipples.The ice packs were heaven.
