Camille Beckman French Vanilla Scented Silky Body Cream, Daily Moisturizer for All Skin Types | Non-Greasy Vegan Formula to Nourish and Soften Hands and Body, 13 Ounce

I was looking for a nice vanilla-scented lotion, like the old discontinued St Ives, so I tried 5 recommendations. I know people perceive smells differently, but here’s what I found:5) Victoria Secret Bare Vanilla – horrible! Nasty perfume smell, and really strong, too. I would be embarrassed to go to work after using this; don’t want to be “that” woman that reeks of perfume in the elevator. Actually threw it away.4) Bath & Body Works Warm Vanilla Sugar – also disappointing, the light vanilla scent is overwhelmed by a chemical perfume smell. It’s also the runniest of the bunch.3) Hempz Toasted Vanilla Caramel – definitely more toasted caramel than vanilla. It’s a really REALLY sweet smell and very strong, but it wears off as it’s absorbed. Not quite what I wanted but I could picture some people liking it, as long as you know what to expect.2) EOS Vanilla Cashmere – finally a real vanilla smell. There is a warm, earthy undertone (no idea what cashmere is supposed to smell like), but it works. Strong scent, wears off slowly. Also a nice body lotion. Keeper.1) Camille Beckman French Vanilla – wonderful, smells like vanilla pudding and nothing else. The smell is not as strong as I hoped, but it’s also a nice lotion, not as oily as EOS. Best in class, but very pricy.

This smells so good and it’s a very nice vanilla scent!! It feels very luxurious and is very hydrating. The scent last for a long time too!

Camille Beckmann has always been my favorite lotion and the white lilac is a close second. Products are always high quality. Keeps skin soft and smelling lovely.

After years of looking for a lotion that smells like the pink dove soap, I finally found it! Please don’t stop making this! I absolutely love this scent and it makes my skin so soft. 🩷

Love the smell of this lotion...clean smelling

My favorite lotion, with a real vanilla scent. Not that alcohol/hairspray vanilla scent you get from mall-store lotions. But I really wish they would fix the pump dispenser so that it would work for the entire bottle of lotion. The pump stops working for last 1/4 of the bottle, forcing you to store the bottle upside down and squeeze the last 25% out manually. It's a pain and should be fixed!

I love this lotion! I've ordered it several times, and I've never disappointed. It has a pleasant, vanilla fragrance. It reminds me a bit of Victoria Secret's Vanilla Lace. (Which is long discontinued.)
