What you should know before buying this product?
This postpartum kit was a game-changer. It had everything I didn’t know I’d desperately need—cooling pads, mesh underwear, perineal spray, and more—all in one place. The products were gentle, practical, and actually made those first tough days a bit more manageable. It saved me from multiple pharmacy runs and gave me a little peace of mind. Whether you’re a first-time mom or not, this kit is a must-have for recovery.

Best purchase for moms to be!
If you’re wondering if it’s worth the money then here is your sign! I purchased this product and would recommend it for every mom to be. The disposable underwear are much more fitting and comfortable than what the hospital provides! The little squirting tool they provide helps you clean yourself off with every bathroom use if you don’t have a fancy bidet you can add warm water to it and it helps tremendously. The cooling pads for soreness the first few times. The foam cream to apply to each sanitary change it’s absolutely one of the best parts. They alap give you a little bag to add it to your bag for the hospital. And let’s not forget that extremely soft hospital gown!!! This things is much more comfortable on your skin during the birthing process than the one the hospital provides. Like I said if you’re questioning the purchase, DONT! It’s worth it. All of it.

Best postpartum kit.
As a newly postpartum mom this kit was the best thing I could have purchased. The hospital stuff is okay while there but when you get discharged and get to go home , this kit is a blessing. The shorts are lovely to wear. The bottle is amazing to use. The socks help very much for moving around. Just note that the gown is very very loose/ stretchy material and only comes in one size. So it may hang lower than you want. I wore it once at the hospital and changed back into another gown I ordered that fit better. But other then that if you need anything postpartum, this is the perfect kit to purchase.

Every New Mom Deserves This—Truly a Lifesaver
This kit takes the guesswork out of postpartum recovery. Every single item is thoughtfully designed for comfort, hygiene, and healing—things that are so easy to overlook when you’re overwhelmed and exhausted. From the cooling pads to the peri bottle and disposable underwear, everything worked exactly as described and truly helped make those first few days more manageable. The gown was comfortable and practical for both hospital wear and nursing. This was one of the best gifts we received and something I’ll be recommending to every expecting mom we know. Absolutely essential.

Way better than what you will use/wear at hospital
The items in this kit are way better quality than what you’ll get at the hospital. The gown is super comfy and has easy access for breastfeeding, I am wearing it all the time as a postpartum Mom. The peri bottle was the real game changer for me. I had a third degree tear, and the bottle’s long neck and angle helped keep everything clean down there.

A must have for me
This kit is a bit pricey in my opinion but I would still buy it again especially for a first time delivery. My thoughts on each componentFirst, the not so amazing. The gown and socks are unnecessary. The no slip socks are nicer than that which you’ll get in the hospital, but not by much and the cheapies you get in the hospital are not so uncomfortable to warrant getting a minor upgrade. My advice, spring for some nice compression knee highs instead. The gown was fine. Decent quality and pretty standard delivery gown in cut and features. It wore like a structureless bag on me and so it didn’t make me feel any different than wearing a hospital gown except my booty was on display since the back of this gown has back side Velcro closure. My delivery was blessedly short and I didn’t mind the immodesty of the hospital gown so I ended up not using the frida gown for more than a brief few minutes. On the other hand the Disposable boy shorts were a huge wardrobe upgrade. The hospital definitely has disposable panties and adult diaper/pull ups however the frida mom quality is impressive and puts the freebies to def shame. The boy shorts are, dare I say, comfortable! Also durable. I loved these. The ice pads…yes please!! The ice pads provided by my hospital were ok, but they had actual ice in them and created a mess when melted. The frida pads were fully enclosed, easy to use, more absorbent and indispensable! I bought extra bc I wanted some for my home recovery from a minor perineal tear. Awesome.Witch hazel foam and pantry liners: the hospital provided little round tucks (essentially the panty line but a different shape) and no foam. The panty liner is a definite worthwhile upgrade. In those first few hours and days of recovery, when putting together the soothing sandwich from the frida mom components, having something that fits perfectly and doesn’t requiring finagling is really such a relief. The foam really kicks the relief up a notch. And like I said, this was one of the few things not provided in some form by the hospital.Lastly the bidet-esq bottle was nice. Like the gown and booties, no real difference or upgrade compared to the little squirt bottle provided on the maternity unit. The bag is a cute touch and definitely a nice way to keep everything together in the hospital and at home.As a first timer I was really worried about being as comfortable as possible and having the supplies I needed at the time I needed them. It’s fair to say I got way too much in general! But this purchase was way worth it in my opinion.

Value for money
This is a well put together kit. The one size for all labour gown is probably the only thing I’d change as for me it was extremely large. The disposable undergarments are comfortable and the star of the show. Everything else was easy to use
