STABILO Fineliner point 88 - Rollerset of 30 - Assorted Colors including 5 Neon Colors

I have many sets of markers, but this has quickly become my favorite. It has a wonderful selection of colors that aren't garish or harsh. They come in a bright orange sleeve that rolls up and conveniently and securely closes with a velcro strap. The top have of the sleeve is a mesh so that you see the markers inside. The colors are water-soluable so you can use a paint brush and water to soften or mix them. I always swatch any art materials that have color, are wet media or might bleed through. These will bleed through paper if it isn't thick. I think this is a great set of markers.

I got turned onto Stabilo pens when I was in Paris. I took a watercolor painting class. One of the techniques we learned was drawing with these pens and then using a water brush to transform it into a watercolor drawing. Really pretty! These pens are also fantastic for journaling, hand lettering in small areas, and line drawing. You would not want to use these for coloring books or coloring large areas since the tips are quite small. They are a straight tip. I love the rollup bag. Very portable, I stick it in my purse with a little notebook so that that I can draw and take cute notes anywhere. I was so pleased with this item that I ordered several more to give as gifts.

I’m an intense note taker. Studying for my medical degree, I’ve found that clear, organized, and color-coded notes are the only way to go. I’ve tried several brands. The Sharpie Art Pens aren’t precise enough for tiny writing and they bleed outward on the page making notes look messy. LePen’s are too inky (which is good for some things but I don’t want spotting on the following page). Staedtler Fineliners are fabulous writing instruments that write remarkably smoothly but the colors just aren’t what I like. These Stabilo 88’s are the best of all for notes. The colors are great and the ink flows smoothly. They might not be as comfortable as the Staedtler but not uncomfortable by any means.... If you’re as anal as I am about notes, these won’t disappoint.

I bought these for adult coloring books and ended up using them at work! I love the matte colors and that they don't bleed in my notebooks. They are great for organizing meeting notes and highlighting important items - and I get so many compliments! I also love the carrying case. I use canvas wraps for my colored pencils and while they're great, they can also be bulky and not very secure. This wrap is a great size and has a velcro closure that keeps everything nice and snug. I purchased another marker pen set from a competitor and I wasn't a fan because they were bulky and there was too much ink. I'm so glad I tried the Stabilios - I enjoy writing with these so much that I find myself looking for excuses to use them!

Great product.A little high on the price point but over all a great fine tip pen set.Especially love the roll up case!These are my sons pride and joy and he guards them from his little sister.The colors are pretty true to the outside.I think there were a couple that were darker than the outside.We need to replace a few favorites. Due to over use and no more ink. 👍

Love it! Love these pens. Love this type of pen case. I was actually looking for a case exactly like this to put the box of these pens i was planning to get. And then I found this and it just made it even better! These pens write so smooth and the color is vibrant! They are really good for taking notes or coloring small areas

LOVE these pens. They have been my go to for intense note taking in grad school ( I color code my notes). I've had these for about 6 months now and the colors I use most often are just now getting low. So they last a very long time. LOVE the traveling case makes it very easy for me to pack up at the end of class without having a mess of pens in a pencil pouch. Another thing I like is that these pens really dont bleed through paper so you can write on both sides, yet they are very vibrant in color.

These marker/pens are fantastic. I use them for writing in my Filofax and because I make my own inserts, I needed a colorful marker pen that could give me a fine line, variety of vivid colors, and that would not bleed through my printer paper. The case is beyond convenient because I can easily roll up my pens and carry them in my purse with me to be able to write down/record items in my color coded planner on the go. I did find that the darker the color I used, the more likely I would see it from the reverse side of the page. When I write with a delicate hand using the black or dark violet I do see faint marks on the other weeks but it is not enough to be bothersome or distract from that weeks notes.If you intend to use these for coloring books I would only use them for very tight places or would altogether pass on these because of the very fine point. You would need to make multiple passes to fill a larger area and cause the marker to bleed to the reverse side of the page.
