Q: On the pure new zealand site, this honey cost $60. Why is it cheaper here? Is this a different honey? Just want to make sure it's not a fake

Same product. produced and sealed in New Zealand. We're introducing Pure New Zealand Honey in North America and EU for the first time hence you are buying this honey on Amazon at promotional price.

Q: Not one mention of "organic" in the manufacturer's extensive descriptions - one would conclude that it's not.

It is very hard to call a honey organic. depending on where you are. ie: California honey can NOT be labeled organic as bees are able to fly where they want and collect nectar/ pollen from a lot of different sources. some other states in the US allow labeling honey organic. I did not know the laws in new Zealand

Q: How about a certification number? i don't see the company on umf nz.
