Q: Will it work with a hair dryer?

The product info on this page says the maximum 110 AC power output is 230 Watts. MOST products designed to heat things—teakettles, coffeemakers, irons and yes, hair dryers—will want 1000 Watts or more, to heat as quickly as an ordinary US home outlet will allow. 1800 Watts—the spec for the hair dryer WE just bought—would overload this adapter. But check the specs on YOUR things.

Q: Will this work for an air conditioner? I need the volt to decrease from 230v to 110v

No, this is an adapter for small electronics: cellphones, iPad, laptops, etc. You will need a converter when using that much electricity. I’d ask an electrician or check a hardware store then find something similar on Amazon. I know for a fact you damage the A/C if too much electricity is flowing; therefore, has to be a converter.

Q: Does it work with Coffee Machines? The coffee machine takes very low voltage!

It can't use Coffee Machine, This power converter can use the device within 230W.

Only if your device does not exceed the maximum wattage for this device which is 230 watts. This is a very low wattage and many devices will exceed it.
