Is the bottle made of plastic or glass?

Hi, the bottle is made of plastic. It says it's widely recycable.

Please can you confirm if the algae oil is fresh, or is it dried at any point in it's production process?

received this item today but the cap will NOT open. anyone had this issue? not a child lock but refuses to open. before cutting the bottle any ideas?

Thank you for your question. I’m very sorry that you have not been able to open your tub of Vegan Omega-3. Whilst we have not had any similar reports, it is possible that the adhesive used for the inner tamper-proof seal has come into contact with the lid also, making the lid difficult to remove. Because the adhesive is applied using heat, you may find that running the lid under hot water will help to aid its release. I’m very sorry for any inconvenience caused. Does the Omega 3 contain other vitamins not reported on the packaging?
