No Caps
This is the only beer kit I’ve seen that doesn’t come with bottle caps, hence the 3 star rating. Make sure to buy some before bottling day so you don’t get stuck. I can only brew lager in the winter. I let this ferment at 50°F for one month in a spare room where I can keep the temperature low. Then bottled and let carbonate for 2 months. The result is a smooth, not bitter, light color lager with rich foam.

Good for a first time brew
I bought this to go along with my brew kit. It was my first brew and I feel like it was the right starter ingredient kit. The instructions are for multiple ingredient packs so its a good idea to have done some research ahead of time on the process. The beer came out like an American Lager as advertised. Not really the type of beer that I really enjoy but I feel like it was worth the process.

Let sit for about two weeks before you bottle it.
I made this beer to honor my new born son. The beer came out great. It had a great golden color, a smooth taste, and nice after taste. I highly recommend this one for home brewing especially if you are new to home brewing. They made this one especially easy to brew. Keep it cool around 50 degrees and it will ferment well.

A surprisingly light yet well made lager.
I was worried after I fermented and bottled due to the light color. After only two weeks bottled I am very impressed. It has a very light yet flavorful body and clean finish, very easy to drink. Ended at 4.97% ABV based on hydrometer readings. Would recommend as an easy to make lager.

Good but not great
I don't know if we did something incorrect in brewing this kit, but ours ended up being super light. It was not bad tasting (as I like light beers) and it ended up winning 2nd place in my family's "brewfest" but in all I was not impressed.

Love it
Let it ferment in the fridge for 4 weeks. And it was great like that. I just put it into a jug with a spigot and served fresh. Everyone loved it! I didn't even add the priming sugar.
