Great bike, great customer service
As far as quality, the bike seems to be of good quality. My 2 year old daughter loves to get on the bike. She hasn’t gotten the pedaling down yet but non the less, she loves it. Assembly took about an hour, denitly not the best instructions but managable. Some steps took longer due to no clear instructions. But I got it done. There was some damage to one of the tires so I reached out to the seller, they were prompt with responses. They went above and beyond my expectations. I would have been ok with a tire replacement, However they went the extra mile and sent me out a new replacement bike. I would definitely recommend this bike and the seller. Great over all choice for us.

Granddaughter loves it
Good quality we purchased the 16” size for granddaughter she is tall for a 3 year old so it fits decently. I like the fact that the handlebars are adjustable up and down forward and back. Training wheels have side bracing so it is not just an L bracket with a wheel on it chain guard very well constructed for little ones.

Great product. Even better customer support and service!
On assembly we had some difficulty threading one of the foot pedals. Turns out there was burr on the thread and customer support were excellent in walking is through steps to correct. They then went a step further. We received a complementary very cute child's bike helmet which they said was to acknowledge the issue and our patience. In my opinion that was outstanding after sale service and also appreciation for their customer. We have now had the bike for a month for our visiting grandchildren and they love it. We appreciate the quality.

Wanted to love
I wanted to love this bike. I bought it for my 4 year old that is very active. First the good. The bike is adorable, classic cruiser style. It is heavy but not so heavy that is hard to ride so it feels more sturdy than a standard Huffy. The gears are larger (i believe) on the chain which allows him to go faster each peddle which he loves. Not the negatives. First the assembly instructions are a joke, you are better off not even opening them as the example they use is not that same bike and don't work. You have to just work off of pictures online to figure it out. If you are expecting something like a kids Huffy that are pretty much already built you will be very frustrated. The bike I received was missing various bolts and nuts which added another level of complexity. I figured most out and still need to but one more nut for the front fender just haven't had a chance yet and the bolt seems to stay in ok and I check it each time he rides it to make sure it is pushed through the frame and hasn't fallen out. The grips for the handle bars were separated so I need to buy replacement grips but haven't started looking yet, wish I could just keep new brown grips from the manufacture. Also, the front tire tube was defective so needed to be replaced. Unfortunately the tire on the front was also defective so once I had the new tube what I thought was just a tube issue ended up being the whole tire and tub and I am hoping the wheel isn't messed up. If I had bought it at a store I would have exchanged it for a new one since I think mine might have just been a one of lemon but I didn't so now I am stuck trying to replace/fix all the issues so my son has a bike. I might end up just buying him another cheap Huffy as we have always had pretty good luck with their bikes from Walmart. I really was hoping this would have turned out different and had planned to buy the same bikes for my three girls but now I am doubting if I should for fear of getting another bike with tons issues like I have had. If you are good at working on bikes and like those types of things then it isn't bad but for me I work full time, have 5 kids, and a husband that is not mechanical so it all falls on me.
