Not over powering with just a couple strategic spritzes! The scent lasts several hours and is lovely! It's warm and spicy, deep and mature for a professional air about you. I love the lighter scents too but this is one I'd spray on before a hot date, interview or event. It blends well with other fragrances and the bottle and packaging are decorative.

I am new to this brand. I blindly ordered it just to check it out, and I’m very satisfied. When you spray it on, it may be a little strong. The potency of the perfume will gradually get lighter, and the scent will get lovelier. I bought it to give my mom, one she loved it too. I will recommend this brand. It’s inexpensive and it lasts long.

I really like this on the initial spray, been wearing it for a few hours now and it is still projecting and I only did 2 sprays. Immediately upon smelling it I was like omg this remind me of something , I had to think but I realized it smelled verrrry similar to a kissing from a rose that I have from Gucci only that perfume is like $400 this one is $20 I’m still in shock. It’s not exactly alike but wow super close. It’s this sexy warm rose scent that’s not too flowery I think it may have some oud as well. I’m picky with fragrances and I don’t want to smell like no granny I really like this!

First of all, the packaging is gorgeous and is something I absolutely want on my vanity. When I opened the perfume & first smelled it, I immediately thought “old lady” for a minute, but that was before it dried & settled and within seconds, I was like “wait, let me smell that again, that’s lovely”. I’m a fairly low-maintenance woman in my early 30s, so I’m not typically one for the heavy floral fragrances, but this one is complex enough to not be overpowering. For everyday wear, it layers really well to match with a clean powder-y fragrance like Victorias Secret Heavenly, and for date night, I layer it with something sexy like jasmine & sandalwood. It is lovely on its own, absolutely, but I think it’s a fantastic perfume to use to elevate some of those staple scents.

I don’t know how many people put 5 stars on this perfume. It smells gas and sad to say it is long lasting. Do not buy because this is not returnable.

This is a pretty dry down fragrance. YET you have ti get passed the STRONG opening notes. I gave it 3 stars as it is very pungent on first spray (I lean toward my fruity and floral fragrance for reference). I also think this is a more feminine leaning scent but it could definitely work for men as well. This definitely has a nice dry down that’s still able to fill a space but has an elegant feel to it. It last and last for sure. The price for the size and lasting power is great!

Men cologne smells so great but could be used as unisex. Latifah doesn't miss

I love Velvet Rose. When I first got it, it smelled heavy of gasoline. But I let it sit and she bloomed into a gorgeous, feminine scent. La Vie Est Belle was my signature fragrance for years but the price is gross, this is a nice alternative.
