It fit an antique mortise style lock, that was in a house I rented. That door probably hadn't been opened in 40 years, luckily it was unlocked, and I was able to use it!Fit well, functions well, nice finish.

These worked perfectly to fix my closet door. I have a hollow core door and the knob that was on it originally kept coming off. The holes were so worn that the screws didn't hold it securely. I got these because there's a knob on both sides connected with a strong metal rod. It works perfectly! No more knob coming off when you try to open the closet.

My house is 115 years old. The door knobs are all knob and spindle type. There are not a lot of places where you can buy a replacement for this type of door knob. I took a chance on this one. It fits. It works. You have to play with the spindle and screw settings to get it properly adjusted, but I was able to install it and get it working ins less than 15 minutes. For the money, not a bad option.

I replaced the bedroom door knobs with the satin nickel. For an old house they make the doors and room look beautiful.
