I bought this for my five and three year-old. They are slightly advanced for them, but if we do them together, they can play them well. It is great for the car, a restaurant, or at home in our playroom. This is a great size for their little hands.

Bop-it plays as you expect it to be.Simon1. it is not just repeating the pattern, but they changed it..2. when having to press to buttons at the same time, it is not very forgiving... that is the frustrating part. I am being very careful with pressing the 2 buttons at the same time... and it is hit or miss when it registers simultaneous pressing... I think they didn't test this enough to not be annoying instead on enjoyable and challenging.

Love the smallness of these classic toys. They play the same and don’t take up a ton of room. Win-win!

From 2-9yrs old it kept them entertained.

I bought this for lab week for a lab game, and everyone had a good time playing them. It was small enough to easily use and not too loud as to interrupt others since there are multiple settings for loudness on the bopit :)
