Great Knee Wraps
My expertise is limited, but these definitely allow focusing on core during box squats instead of knees. The 2m version is the IPF approved length. If wrapped tight they get a little uncomfortable 3/4 way through a 12 x 2 session, but just snug was a pleasure my previous 5 x 5 session.
