Is this safe for 8 week olds puppies

I don’t know , I bought this for my 4 yr old Scheneze because my groomer uses it . I would check with a groomer before using in a puppy !

Can I use this shampoo and conditioner in a 12 weeks puppy?

I use on my 4 mo old Schnauzer and she is fine. She gets 2-3 baths per week. It is a great product and brightens her white hair.

Will this wash off Frontline topical flea medicine?

No. I add Frontline to my pups and I don't believe it washes flea med off.

I do dilute however you don’t have to. I find it too thick and waste a lot more if I don’t dilute.
