The media could not be loaded. Two of the keys are mixed up. When you press them something else comes up on the screen. This is solved easily by switching keyboard region from UK to US. Get a cooling pad with it as it runs warm after a few minutes. It was quite easy getting windows out of S mode. Camera not great, but with good lighting it's good enough for online classes, just keep it plugged in. Speakers are great. Love the phone connect feature.

First off I love the color! I got this laptop to hook up / dedicate to my embroidery machine to download designs and it works great for that. It is a bit slow. But the price was less then $300 when I got it (as I type this price is about $400), so I wasn't expecting a lot of speed. You get what you pay for. I haven't tried playing a game on it, I don't know that it could handle it. I'll have to see how it does with movies at some point and I'll update review.

I bought the non-touch screen HP 14-inch 64 GB Stream laptop in the rose pink. So far so good! Package came by UPS and they required a signature which was great and safe. The package was in perfect condition. No bumps or wear and tear. Open the box right up and started the laptop up. The laptop was clean and shiny. The color is as pictured and it is light weight. Just like a new laptop should be. After the set-up and linking my Microsoft account up I started using it to complete my schoolwork. It runs/loads at a decent pace. Nothing to complain about. If you’re looking for a cheap buy for schoolwork or entertainment this is the perfect device for you!

I love this computer. It is fast and cheap. I have no issues storing stuff. I guess it’s in the cloud, but I save stuff on my desktop and it’s there for me when I need it. It’s super thin and lightweight. The keys are big, so I don’t fat finger like on a regular laptop. I only have ONE issue that I was not aware of when I purchased it...since it is a stream it only allows Windows apps. It is built in with Windows 10-S. The S means you can only use windows supported programs. The reason being it keeps it faster (since it doesn’t have its own memory) and less chance of corruption because windows can monitor what is used on it. That being said....you CANNOT use the google chrome browser!!!! You are NOT allowed to download it. This is the ONLY issue that I have had With This laptop. You can only use The Microsoft edge browser And a lot of websites/programs have glitches with Microsoft edge and some functions won’t work. When you call they say....you need to use google chrome browser. So I literally have to get on a desktop computer to do certain things. Other than that....I LOVE this laptop. I wish Microsoft edge would up their game, so they would be as compatible as google chrome since that is who they are competing against (google chrome book). Now I will say that you ARE allowed to upgrade to the regular windows 10, but then you are are not allowed to go back to the Windows 10-S if you change your mind. I am worried that if I upgrade and my laptop stops working properly, then I wouldn’t be able to use it at all.

Bought it for my husband for his birthday still have it works really good touchscreen also screen size I do believe it’s a 14 storage hose really good storage screen quality was all right

I bought this computer for my son for Christmas... i have spent the last 24 hours trying to get it to finish the updates and it is EXTREMELY slow. It refuses to finish the windows 10 update 22H2 and the windows store won't update either. It keeps failing no matter what I do. I'm pretty computer savvy and so I've reset it and I've reinstalled windows and it just gets stuck at 96% and the store won't even download the update. If you open ANYTHING on the computer the CPU jumps to 100% and it's so slow it's unusable. Can't even do a simple search on the internet ave it won't let you download chrome since Bing is trash.... complete waste of money... plus I don't think it was brand new because I was looking though files and I was finding things on it from June of 2020. Shame on HP... Quality is waaayy down.. I remember when they used to be good computers..

The media could not be loaded. A lot of people complain about this lap top but honestly it’s a decent lap top. It is a lil laggy but it gets the job done. It has its moments when it’s acting slow but so does all computers . It streams netflix and hulu with no problems. It’s cute and I like it. It’s for light task and I’ve even played acouple games on it like modern combat 5 and minion rush. It doesn’t lag at at when I’m playing those games . It’s just the kind of laptop where you can’t have too much goin on on it .Update : this computer is absolutely trash I upgraded to an MacBook Air

This is a great computer! It's NOT slow, It's NOT heavy, and It's NOT expensive! It's AWESOME! This computer is super cute. I love the rose gold color and it's light. It's not slow at all but In my defence I did use a slow computer before so it might just be that. I do not use this computer for gaming. I use this computer for school, movies, documents and research. Buy this computer and you will be satisfied.
