Q: Did the base come with the car seat or did you have to purchase separately?

Thank you for your interest in our products.With all of our travel systems, including the FastAction Fold Jogger Travel System, we include the stroller, the car seat, and the base for the car seat.

Q: Based on some of the questions I see asked - At 5'4" is this stroller going to be too tall for me to use??

Its a little bit big stroller but it's ok for hight 160 cm and above

Q: Since this Stroller has air filled rubber tires, does the Tires go flat? If yes, what can we do to fix? does it come with a pump?

Thank you for your interest in the Graco Fastaction Fold Jogger Travel system. The wheels can go flat. We recommend using a bicycle pump to fill the tires. We do not recommend an air compressor due to it can cause the tube to bust. The pump does not come with the stroller.
