Natural Force MCT oil contains C8 (caprylic acid), the most ketogenic (quickly converted into ketones). C8 is known to create thermogenesis (produce heat) and increase calorie burning. This is a premium product designed for maximum ketone production. It is sourced from organic coconuts, steam distilled and odorless. For me it was an easy choice also because of the glass container. There is an unfortunate current trend among MCT oil manufacturers to switch to plastic containers (companies looking for ways to save money at times of rapidly increasing costs). However, MCT oils due to their lipophilic nature, actively react with plastics (including so-called SAFE plastics), which rapidly degrades their ketogenic properties. Natural Force is one of the few MCT oil producers that resisted the urge to switch to cheap plastics which adds value to their excellent oil. This product is of amazing quality and highly recommended.

It's expensive but I do like that it comes in a glass bottle with two pour nozzles so you can use it like a decanter. Use as instructed, too much MCT oil does cause stomach upset. I like that it says take 1 tablespoon as a shot for quick energy boost. It works. Most of the time I'll mix the tablespoon with my Beyond Brew mushroom coffee alternative.
