This product is not habit forming which is one reason I use it on occasions when I cannot sleep. I highly recommend this product.

Good price but------
I was using this for histamine intollerance and sleep problms. But, noticed it messed with my brain and had trouble remember things. Sure enough learned it can contribue to dementia if you use it too long. I have switched to certirizine. It is much safer and I get it on amazon.
