This was my second set. First had USB and this is USB C which I had to get for a Mac. These machines are outstanding in making sure only your voice is heard by the person on the other end of the line, and nothing else. Excellent at cancelling the noise when speaking. Not good at cancelling the noise when hearing but that is not the intention of the product.

Extremely useful and as advertised. The voice quality is crystal and there is no fatigue on ear. No noise canceling so don't expect it to be super quiet. The mic is very functional. Love the mute button and usb c connectivity. Go for it.

Cable is noticeably short compared to other comparable products, Logitech and Sennheiser they offer bigger length and a superior quality cable. Given the price I expected it to be greater quality for music and sound, but this fails here. This is strictly for internet calls with good noise cancellation (outgoing not incoming)

Very bad experience It's not working in laptop

I got this headset for frequent online meetings. I have to do webinars and take place in teleconferencing all the time, and it's hard to find an inexpensive headset that is light, comfy, has good sound, and is reliable. I had used some of the older Logitech sets for years and got decent quality out of them, but they never felt quite right. The newer Logitech sets are decent, too, but for my money, this is the best overall set in this lower price range that I have tried.

Really comfy earphones, can dual as gaming and work related. Honestly the easiest plug and play earphones I’ve ever used. (Used 400+$ GSP headphones and these I find much better and considerably cheaper).

Gran calidad de audio. Los bajos suenan increíble. Normalmente los uso para dar conferencias en diferentes plataformas y la calidad de audio, tanto de entrada como de salida es excepcional. Las almohadillas son de muy buena calidad. Tiene entrada C, así que lo único extra que tuve que comprar fue un adaptador a USB y aún así el sonido no pierde nada de calidad. Plantronics nunca defrauda.

Compré estos cascos porque había tenido otros de la misma marca que iban muy bien, pero estos me han decepcionado un poco. Desde el primero momento hacía un ruido como de descarga cuando lo desconectaba del ordenador. Para las reuniones de Teams, a veces no quería conectar y dejaba de funcionar. Tenía que desconectarlo y conectarlo de nuevo para que funcionara, y no siempre lo hacía. De un día para otro el sonido empezó a ser muy bajo, especialmente por uno de los lados, hasta el punto de que tenía que ponerlo a nivel 100 para poder tener una reunión. Finalmente decidí devolverlo y conservar los antiguos que tenía que iban al jack 3.5...
