Worst Product & Pathetic Service – Dangerous and Defective
Rating: ★☆☆☆☆I bought this Pigeon Aster Gas Stove 2 Burner in October 2024, and it has been a nightmare since day one. One of the burners was not working right from the start. Just after a month of use, the stove caught fire, leading to an injury. It has been over 6 months now (today is May 2025), and I’ve received zero help from the service center or the seller, RETAILEZ PRIVATE LIMITED.Despite multiple complaints, no one has come forward to resolve the issue. This is not just poor quality—this product is dangerous. I finally had to throw it in the dustbin because I couldn’t risk anyone else getting hurt.Please do not buy this product. It’s defective, unsafe, and the customer service is non-existent. I’m extremely disappointed and feel cheated.

Product is good but one manufacturing defect
The product is good. We ordered two stoves with 3 burner, but one stove with one burner stand is defective. Not able to contact amazon for replacement of that piece alone. Looks like need to return complete product. Kindly help with exchange of that one burner stand alone.

Never buy this. Don't repeat the mistake which I did, I regret it every single day.
Dont buy this.1st buy was defective, exchanged it got a new one, still yellow flame was coming from the new stove.And if you think it has 2 years of warranty, if some fault comes, i can claim warranty, sorry brother you're wrong, their customer service is pathetic. You will have a hard time claiming that warranty, even after claiming warranty, they will assign someone, now its your responsibility to keep calling that person for 100 times to remind him to come for service, if his mood is not good. He might not come. That's what happended with me. So, I strictly recommend not to buy this.
